We live in a digital world, but we were not born into it. It can be difficult to navigate the onslaught of information from social media and the Internet. Neat creative writing tool

Teacher Tech Tool of the Month- January

Thinglinks- Have students create an interactive image with video, links, or audio. Make the image public and make a collaborative project. Students can find their own image or provide an image as a background and build a knowledge base for others to see. http://www.thinglink.com/

Vocab Study Tools

A great way to help students study for vocabulary is through quizlet.  It's free to sign up and make sets of vocabulary flash cards online.  You could also have students create the sets themselves.  

Watch YouTube clips with out ads

If you've ever wanted to show a YouTube clip but were weary of the advertisements detracting from class time or promoting products in school, try ViewPure.  Simply paste the YouTube url into their site and the video will show ad free.
